Senior Project Manager
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Dalkeith / Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager until the end of November 2025 on a rate of £450-£500/day (Outside IR35). This role will be remote working.
Responsibilities:
– Delivery of projects in support of the organisation’s portfolio of work.
Essential Skills:
– Experienced Senior Project Manager with a track record of successful project delivery, ideally within a software development setting.
– Exposure to the management and delivery of business projects would also be advantageous.
Desirable Skills:
– Broad stakeholder engagement, including staff from technical and business areas, and potentially third-party organisations
– Establishment and maintenance of forecasts for both the resource and budgetary needs of projects
– Experienced user of MS Project (any exposure to MS Project Online would be beneficial)
– Prince 2 Practitioner certified (or equivalent experience)
