Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Dalkeith / Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Software Engineer for an initial 6 month contract on a rate of £450-£500/day (Outside IR35). This role will be working from home – occasional travel may be required to the Glasgow office or Dalkeith office.
 
Responsibilities:
 
– Work with the existing team to supplement the delivery of a priority project within Business Systems area of the organisation.
 
Essential Skills:
 
– Minimum 5+ Years in all required disciplines.
– Qualified to minimum degree level in associated discipline.
– Well versed in Iterative (Scrum) delivery methodologies.
– Must be Full Stack Microsoft Developer with Solid Microsoft .NET (Core 2.2 to 8 inclusive and Framework 4.8), C# (v9 through 13), ASP.NET MVC and JavaScript, which integrate with Azure AD B2C & SQL skills.
– Essentials are knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, AD B2C, GIT, .NET and MVC 5 development, Blazor, React and Angular. Experience with REST APIs and API integration to interact with Azure AD B2C services, Unit, and integration testing.
– Experience with cloud-based development environments and deployment pipelines. 
– Troubleshooting and debugging capabilities for resolving issues related to Azure AD B2C integration. 
– Front End / Web API Back End.
