Senior Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a charity based in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Senior Administrator – Asset Management for an initial 3 month contract with option to extend on a rate of £16.98/hour PAYE (35 hours per week). This role will be office based with the potential of home working.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate Office Activities: Plan and oversee day-to-day office operations relating to their work area, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and prioritising tasks.
– Manage Administrative Systems: Ensure to update the in house systems and follow procedures to ensure smooth running of the Asset Management area.
– Oversee Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
– Communicate Effectively: Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
– Handle Confidential Information: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure security measures are in place to protect data integrity.
– Support Executive Team: Assist senior management with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.
– Resolve Issues: Address and resolve administrative issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner, escalating as needed.
Essential Skills:
– Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools.
– Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
– Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
