Receptionist Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Dalkeith, is currently looking to recruit a part time receptionist/administrator for an initial 3-month contract with potential to extend on a rate of £12.59 per hour PAYE. This role will be working on site in Dalkeith. The working hours are Wednesday and Thursday 9am – 5pm.
Applicants need to have a basic disclosure Scotland certificate or willing to apply.
Responsibilities:
– Support the Contact Centre with general administration duties, processing email contact when required.
– Face to face customer service at reception point in Midlothian House.
Essential Skills:
– Previous face to face customer service experience
– High level of IT competencies
– Able to demonstrate a high standard of accuracy and communication skills.
