ServiceNow Developer
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh / Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a ServiceNow Developer for an initial 6 month contract with potential to extend on a rate of £494/day (Outside IR35). This role will be a hybrid of working at home and in the office.
Responsibilities:
– Design and develop HR Service Delivery forms
– Design and develop backend HR Service Delivery workflows (flows)
– Configure Employee Centre to expose the HR forms/processes to our end-users
– Configure/customise workspace for HR agents to process HR cases, and managers to report on the cases
– Design and implement integrations with other HR systems such as iTrent to support the above
– Assist in the adoption of ServiceNow modules through tool customisation
– Perform support and provide technical documentation
– Carry out other duties as required
Essential Skills:
– Experience of the current version of the ServiceNow platform
– HR Service Delivery module
– Employee Centre Portal
– Able to demonstrate knowledge of the platform mechanics and best practices
– Strong teamwork, self-managing and self-initiative, coaching, collaboration & communication skills
– JavaScript development independent of and within the ServiceNow framework
– Integration and orchestration knowledge
– HTML, XML, CSS & JSON
– Self-Service Portal (beyond Catalogue Items)
Desirable Skills:
– Exposure to Agile working methods
– Configuration/customisation of workspaces
– Configuration of Virtual Agent
