2nd Line Support Analyst
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation based in Dundee with various locations across Scotland, is currently looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support Analyst for an initial 3 month contract on a rate of £190/day (Inside IR35). This role will be based in Dundee with travel to other locations from there.
Responsibilities:
– Providing onsite user support at various sites in Perth, Kinross, Angus, Dundee, and Grampian.
Essential Skills:
– Driving licence
– Desktop Support (Software & Hardware)
– End User Device Builds
– Windows 10 / Microsoft Office Admin
– SCCM Image Builds & Software Deployment
– Support Incident Management
– Ad-Hoc project work
– Office 365 Administration and Troubleshooting
– Active Directory Administration
– iOS iPad MDM via In-Tune
– Anti-Virus Technologies
– Experience working within a National Team
– Good verbal and written communication
– Ability to work with minimal supervision
– Willingness to travel to sites which North of Scotland.
