Warehouse Op
Venesky-Brown’s client, The SQA in Dalkeith is currently looking to recruit Porters / Warehouse Operatives on a rate of £13.25 per/hour (PAYE). The work is initially 2 weeks but has the potential to go on longer. This work will start on the 22nd of April. The working hours are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the collation and packing of all items requiring despatch.
- Ensure these activities are carried our accurately and according to the timeframe given.
- Organise collate and distribute material to internal and external customers.
- Undertake accurate filing and storage of paperwork.
- Retrieval of stored paperwork.
- Checking, organising, moving and handling of stationery and materials.
- Maintain a tidy work area and comply with all Health and Safety regulations.
Essential Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to understand written and verbal communications.
- Basic numerical abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexible working approach.
- Ability to work on own as well as part of a team.
- There is a daily requirement to undertake manual handling including heavy lifting and pallet movement.
