Finance Officer Part Time
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Part time Finance Officer for as soon as possible for an initial 9-month contract with potential to extend on a rate of £14.25/hour PAYE. This role will be a remote based with working from home. The hours will be 17.5 hours per week, days are flexible.
A basic disclosure Scotland will be required for this role dated within last 3 months, or willing to apply.
Responsibilities:
– Raising purchase orders
– Paying/processing invoices
– Processing recharges (including a short-term large scale recharging exercise
– Mailbox management
– Assisting the finance officer, finance manager and head of finance as required
Other ad-hoc tasks as required
