Call Centre Supervisor
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Dalkeith, is currently looking to recruit a Call Centre Supervisor ( Help Desk) for as soon as possible for an initial 4 month contract on a rate of £13.02/hour PAYE. Working full time Monday to Friday. This role will be office based.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Ensure continual coverage on phone
  • Supervise a mini call centre (only 4/5 members) 
  • Experience in call centre or telephony.
  • Run daily / weekly reports
  • Incoming and outgoing calls to stakeholders
  • Manage mailbox
  • Variety of administrative tasks
 
Essential Skills:
 
  • High degree working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Be able to understand written and verbal communications.
  • Good, general administrative skills.
  • PC literate with proficient and accurate keyboard skills.
  • Flexible working approach and ability to work on own as well as part of a team.
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines.
  • Have a confident telephone manner.
  • Good written communication skills.
