2 x Property Assistants
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Aberdeen, is currently looking to recruit a Property Assistant for an initial 3 month contract on a rate of £13.45 per hour. This role will be based in Kintore and the shift pattern will be every Monday 9pm to 9am, Tuesday 9pm to 9am and Saturday 9am to 9pm. The overnight shifts will be paid at a premium rate from 11pm to 6am.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the fulfilment of health and safety responsibilities
– Respond to fire alarm calls within your designated area of Aberdeenshire and help to reset the alarm system.
– Update and maintain records within time limited targets
– Provide a general support services to tenants
Essential Skills:
– Full current valid driving licence
– Access to a car
