2nd Line Support Analyst
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Dundee, is currently looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support Analyst for an initial 3 month contract with potential to extend on a rate of £190/day Inside IR35. This role will be based onsite in Dundee, but will include driving to cover sites in Perth, Kinross, Angus, Dundee and Grampian regions.
Essential Skills:
– Driver’s license
– Desktop Support (Software & Hardware)
– End User Device Build
– Windows 10 / Microsoft Office Admin
– SCCM Image Builds & Software Deployment
– Support Incident Management
– Ad-Hoc project work
– Office 365 Administration and Troubleshooting
– Active Directory Administration
– iOS iPad MDM via In-Tune
– Anti-Virus Technologies
– Ability to travel to multiple sites across the East of Scotland, and beyond in some occasions
Desirable Skills:
– Experience working within a National Team
– Good verbal and written communication
– Ability to work with minimal supervision
