Admin Assistant
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Alloa, is currently looking to recruit a Canteen Administration Assistant on a rolling contract (minimum 3 months) on a rate of £15.16/hour PAYE – working 28 hours per week. This role will be based onsite in Alloa.
 
Responsibilities:
 
– Carrying out weekly stock counts, ensuring that the stock systems balance
– Picking and processing all canteen and sundry requests through the till system within set deadlines.
– Collating and inputting wages on computerised system as required.
– Ensuring that stock and wages systems balance, interrogating and addressing any discrepancies
– Other duties as defined by Stores & Procurement Manager
