Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Inverness, is currently looking to recruit an Administrator for a contract to start ASAP on a rate of £13.57/hour (PAYE). This role will be part time, working 3 days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday) from 9am to 5pm. It will also be a hybrid model of both at home and office working. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 
– Administrative support for Deputy Director 
– High levels of diary management 
– High levels of email management 
– Minute taking at some meetings 
– Some flexibility of days / hours needed, due to the busy workload and meeting timings for the deputy director
