Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit an Administrator for an initial 6 week contract on a rate of £14.80/hour PAYE – working 35 hours per week. This role will be based in Glasgow.
Responsibilities:
– Provide high level administrative support to the international student recruitment team to improve the processes and practices used to capture, maintain and use student recruitment agent data and prospective international student lead capture data.
– Export, data quality review, and data entry of records using management information systems.
– Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for the purposes of updating agent management records. This includes communicating with the organisation’s network of global education agents for the purposes of reviewing and updating records, under the directed of the International Student Recruitment Managers.
– Ensure effective document and file management practices are in place to meet best practice requirements.
– Prepare documents, presentations and other materials to a clear brief, using established formats and standard software.
– Deliver a range of administrative services in support of systems or processes to an agreed standard.
– Work within an international context, demonstrating tact and cultural awareness.
Desirable Skills:
– Ideally have education experience
