Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit an Administrator for an initial 9-month contract on a rate of £13.81/hours PAYE. This role will be hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office. This role is Monday to Friday, working a 35 hour week.
The team operates a rota system to ensure cover during the hours of 08:30 – 17:00 you will be required to participate in this.
Candidates will need to have a basic disclosureScotland dated within last 3 months or be willing to apply.
Responsibilities:
— Required to build and maintain good working relationships with professional colleagues internally and externally.
– Responsible for managing your own casework ensuring your tasks are completed timeously and accurately.
– Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain mailboxes for teams within the Directorate.
-Processing permanent and temporary Traffic Regulation Orders, abnormal load applications, Damage to Crown property cases and third-party claims.
– Required to become proficient in all tasks carried out by the team and take on ad hoc long and / or short-term tasks to support the team or colleagues in the Directorate, as and when required.
Essential Skills:
– The ability to work as part of a team sharing information with internal and external colleagues.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands, organising and prioritising workloads to meet tight deadlines.
– Good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Good written and numerical skills
