Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Part time Administrator for approx. 3 months, with a possible extension. Rate of pay £13.81/hour PAYE. The role will be based onsite
The working hours are 16 hours per week. 6 hours, Saturday & Sunday 8am to 2pm and 1 evening 4 hours, 3pm to 7pm.
Candidates must have a basic disclosure Scotland certificate dated within last 3 months or be willing to apply.
Responsibilities:
– Provide clients with accurate information in a warm and friendly manner which may be by telephone, email and online.
– Process applications for stakeholders.
– Inbox monitoring and management.
– Maintain correct and up-to-date stakeholder information.
– Quickly determine customer needs – working with stakeholders to understand and identify needs.
– Handle sensitive and personal information in line with data protection and confidentiality rules.
– Process and Complete customer applications ensuring accuracy of data entry.
– Work as part of a team to resolve or escalate customer queries and complaints.
– Support your Team Leader and other team members in carrying out daily work activities and when new projects arise.
– Access criminal history databases and interrogate as appropriate in line with current legislation.
– Liaise with external stakeholders confirming relevant application information.
– Support all peer groups taking part in Continuous Improvement activities.
