Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Dalkeith, is currently looking to recruit an Administrator for a short-term basis for 3 weeks. This role will commence on 10th November. The rate of pay is £13.52/hour PAYE and Monday to Friday working. This role will be office based.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support in relation to malpractice cases, including plagiarism and misconduct.
– Retrieve files from computerised systems (typically scanned PDF documents), anonymise data, and transfer information into a text-based format.
– Ensure all documents are accurately formatted, uploaded to the relevant system, and results are correctly logged.
– Carry out general filing and record management, ensuring information is stored in line with organisational policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience
– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
– High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
– Solid general administrative experience.
– PC literate with proficient and accurate keyboard skills.
