Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit 6 Administrators for 3 months, with a possible further 3-month extension. This role will be office based in Glasgow city centre, and the rate of pay is £15.88/hour PAYE.
The role is 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. Applicants must have a basic Disclosure Scotland certificate dated within last 3 months or be willing to apply.
Responsibilities:
– Progress incoming correspondence (public representations) received through the Energy Consents Unit mailboxes, using a range of systems including Outlook, Adobe, a unit-specific portal, and an Electronic Records and Document Management system (eRDM). This involves supporting the clearance of a significant backlog of representations by working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient processing.
– Ensure all documents are accurately formatted, uploaded to the relevant system, Redacted and results are correctly logged.
– Carry out general filing and record management, ensuring information is stored in line with organisational policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience
– Skills in the use of Microsoft Office software, Adobe Acrobat and electronic databases. Experience of office admin work.
Desirable Skills
– Data entry, redacting documents, experience or interest in the energy sector.
