Venesky Brown Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with the Qualifications Scotland to recruit over 200 temporary staff including multiple Administrators with start dates as early as March and running through to July 2026.
These roles are based full time at the Qualifications Scotland Centre in Dalkeith and offer a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with full training and ongoing support provided.
Shift Patterns Available – Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 4.30pm – starting 7th May until 11th June 2026.

The Role
As an Administrator, you’ll provide high level administrative support to enable the delivery of Qualifications Scotland products and services.
This is an excellent opportunity for people who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working as part of a supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identify requirements and request resources to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and timeously and within Qualifications Scotland policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure activities are carried out accurately and according to plan and to ensure compliance with documented processes.
  • Carry out filing of information to ensure it is stored accurately following relevant policies and procedures.
  • Carry out numerical calculations.
  • Maintain a tidy work area and comply with all Health and Safety regulations.
