G3 Administrator – Weekends

Venesky Brown Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with the Qualifications Scotland to recruit over 200 temporary staff including weekend Administrators with start dates as early as March and running through to the end of June 2026.
These roles are based full time at the Qualifications Scotland Centre in Dalkeith and offer a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with full training and ongoing support provided.
This is a 3 day role from Friday to Sunday, 2pm to 6 pm on a Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities:
– General administrative tasks
– Using bespoke systems to perform a variety of functions.
– Handling email enquiries.
– Making calls to external customers.
– Spreadsheet completion.
– Focus on meeting Service Level Agreement targets and timescales.
Essential Skills:
– Proven ability to deal with all enquiries and work as a productive member of the team.
– Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
– Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Be able to understand written and verbal communications.
– Good attention to detail.
– Good, general administrative skills.
– PC literate with proficient and accurate keyboard skills.
– Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
– Flexible working approach and ability to work on own as well as part of a team.
– Experience of working to tight deadlines.
– Good written communication skills.
