Assessment Arrangements – G3
Venesky-Brown’s client Have a temporary Assessment Arrangements Administrator roles. These roles are based in Dalkeith and is Monday to Friday – 35 hours per week, which is onsite. The role will start in April until end of June/Mid July. The pay rate for this role is £13.52 per hour.
Duties:
-Process a broad range of tasks that ensure equality of access and fairness for learners, work closely with schools and colleges to understand learner needs and help deliver solutions
-Support candidates who have been unable to attend an externally assessed timetabled examination, or whose performance in the examination may have been fundamentally affected on the day because of an incident beyond their control.
-Receive calls and email enquiries from Centres requesting assessment arrangements and using our guidance provided the required support. This task also involves interaction with other colleagues such as Qualification Managers and Policy.
-Managing incoming calls and email enquiries from invigilators regarding the conduct of an exam. Also manage the report forms that the invigilator would complete in the event of an incident or disruption.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organisational skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
-Confident telephone manner
-Excellent customer service skills
-Able to respond empathetically to complex information and sensitive situations
-Maintain and update office records and databases.
