Broadcast Operations Coordinator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Broadcast Operations Coordinator for an initial 3 week contract from 24th July 2023 on a rate of £115 per day PAYE. This role will be based onsite.

Responsibilities:
 
– Support the Venue Bronze with monitoring and updating of the incident management system
– Support the Venue Bronze with daily reporting
– Support the Broadcast lead with requests and queries from the Host Broadcast teams on venue
– Support the Broadcast Operations Centre Site Manager with scheduling and management of on venue contractors
– Support the Broadcast Operations Centre Site Manager with liaison with the BBC venue operations teams
– Lead the administrative and office management duties of the Broadcast Operations Centre
– Management of Broadcast Operations Centre accreditation and vehicle access passes
 
Essential Skills:
 
– High level of organisational skills and experience in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
– A methodical and analytical approach to completing work, with excellent attention to details.
– Ability to successfully remain flexible, resilient, and positive through organisational growth and other challenges.
– Collaborative, engages effectively with colleagues and takes the time to engage with team members to build rapport whilst demonstrating strong leadership skills.
– Comfortable with the use of technology including databases and Client Management Systems.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
