Business Analyst
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst for a 6 month contract on a rate of c.£450/Day (Inside IR35). This role is hybrid based.
Essential Skills:
– Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex project environment
– Experience of gathering business requirements and modelling business processes
– Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
– Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
– Experience of delivering business and system improvements – defining and evaluating options for change and making the selected option for change happen, e.g. via business case development
– Experience using information gathering methods, tools and techniques and stakeholder engagement.
– Experience with working in a team and of contributing constructively to the shared outcomes of the team
– Knowledge of ADKAR or other change management approaches
– 5 plus years of Business Analyst experience
– Experience of working within the public sector
– Relevant degree, ISEB, CBAP Business Analyst qualifications.
Desirable Skills:
– Knowledge of ADKAR or other change management approaches
– Working with Geospatial data
– Knowledge of BPMN
