Business Support Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Business Support Service Desk Assistant for a 3-to-6-month contract on a rate of £14.34/hour (PAYE).
This role will be based onsite Monday to Friday – 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to enquiries via multiple channels and progress support requests using FreshService.
– Maintain accurate service desk records.
– Schedule meetings, arrange catering, travel, and accommodation.
– Assist with the maintenance of departmental records and SharePoint pages.
– Assist with notetaking, agendas, and document distribution, when required.
– Source goods, process requisitions, orders, and invoices using FMS, when required.
– Assist with the recording of expenditure and maintain accurate financial records.
– Assist with recruitment administration, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
– Support absence database updates, annual leave calculations, and timesheet collation.
– Assist with estates service requests, first aid supplies, and uniform stock.
– Assist with asset register data and departmental print management records.
– Support ICDL qualification administration.
– Assist with courier coordination and mail handling.
