Caretaker
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in North Lanarkshire, is currently looking to recruit a part time Caretaker for a 6–12-month contract on a rate of £14.76 PAYE. The working hours will be 21 hours per week. Applicants must have a driving licence for this role.
Responsibilities:
– To provide maintenance and caretaking duties throughout the organisation’s building. The individual is expected to be the front-line response to Help Desk calls, to support building maintenance operations.
Essential Skills:
– Previous experience in a facilities/property maintenance environment. Use of small tools, ladders, snow clearing equipment.
– Full UK Driving License.
Desirable Skills:
– Basic electrical Knowledge, basic plumbing knowledge, basic joinery knowledge.
