Caretaker
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Brentwood, is currently looking to recruit a Mobile Caretaker for a 6-month contract on a rate of £12.17/hour PAYE.
Candidates must have driving licence and their own vehicle. Working hours: 37 hours Mon-Fri 8:30-5/ 1 hour break.
Responsibilities:
– The Mobile Caretaker will assist in the delivery of a responsive customer-based service for our residents.
– Responsible for maintaining communal areas within organisation Housing Estates, duties will include communal cleaning, grounds maintenance, estate inspections, carrying out small maintenance repairs as well as some responsibility in the health & safety and security issues of our estates.
– To provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all our housing estates are in a safe and clean environment.
– Candidates must have driving licence and their own vehicle. organisation would pay mileage to cover travel between sites, but not for the initial journey from home to the first site and return.
