Casework Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Falkirk, is currently looking to recruit a Casework Assistant for an initial 12 week contract on a rate of £13.81/hour PAYE – working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role will be hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
– Preparing letters throughout the various appeal stages, managing each exchange of information between all parties to an appeal, to enable the relevant decision to be made within set targets.
– Being a point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
– Uploading correspondence received to the relevant case.
– Exercise good judgement in handling personal and sensitive information. Including redaction of sensitive information.
– Upholding high administrative standards, including maintaining up to date data within a case management system.
Essential Skills:
– Experience from outside/inside a public service in a customer service or support role.
– Communication skills and the ability to understand complex information and give clear explanations to customers are important.
– Remaining calm in difficult situations and maintaining a professional manner.
– Office365 experience.
– Strong attention to detail.
