Catering Supervisor
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Knutsford / Sandbach, is currently looking to recruit 2 x Catering Supervisors – one based in Knutsford and the other in Sandbach – for an ongoing contract on a rate of £12.18/hour PAYE – working 25 hours per week (5 hours per day). These roles will be based onsite.
Responsibilities:
– Basic preparation of a range of foods and beverages e.g. hot meals, vegetables, snacks, sandwiches, rolls etc.
– Stock management.
– Cleaning.
– Counter preparation.
– May carry out other appropriate duties.
Essential Skills:
– The ability to cook but can manage menus and budgets.
– Level two in food and safety.
– Experience in cost sector catering and be able to just step into the role.
– Current DBS.
