Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Motherwell, is currently looking to recruit 3 x Contact Centre Advisors for 5 month contracts on a rate of £14.81/hour PAYE. These roles will be based onsite with the option to work remotely. The working hours are 1 x dayshift worker (Mon-Fri week 1 08:00-16:00, Mon-Fri week 2 14:00-22:00), 1 x nightshift worker (4 days on/4 days off 21:45-8:15 weekdays and 20:00-8:00 weekends), and 1 x weekend worker (Saturday & Sunday 08:00-20:00).

Responsibilities:

– Ensuring they give clear, consistent advice and information on sensitive and emotive issues, such as pollution, flooding and regulated sites.
– The organisation strive to respond to enquiries at first point of contact and continually looking to improve and enhance the services they provide.
