Contact Centre Agent
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit an Contact Centre Agent for a contract until 25th December 2025 on a rate of £13.66/hour (PAYE).
Responsibilities:
– Duties will include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer enquiries and processing administrative tasks.
Essential Skills:
– You will have experience working in a similar environment and have experience dealing with the public within the service sector.
– The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and work collaboratively with their peer group.
– They will also have good organisational, verbal and written skills and be a motivated, reliable and flexible individual.
