Customer Service Assistant
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Hemel Hempstead, is currently looking to recruit x 2 Customer Service Associates for initial 9 month contracts on a rate £15.34/hour PAYE – x 1 working 37 hours per week / x 1 30 hours per week. These roles will be office based – with potential to work from home once trained.
Responsibilities:
– Answering telephone calls on a variety of organisational services.
Essential Skills:
– Telephony experience in a Call Centre is essential
– Good level of general education including Maths and English
– Customer focussed approach with a desire to provide excellent customer service
– Clear, articulate, good diction and sound English language
– Good listening and questioning skills
– Accurate and proficient keyboard skills
– Able to talk, listen and input data simultaneously
– Able to remain calm and maintain standards when under pressure
