Data and Analysis Assistant
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Data and Analysis Assistant for an initial 3 months contract on a rate of £17.04/hour PAYE. This role has hybrid working policies in place with time spent between office and home working as required.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor and appropriately action items received in the team mailbox including the processing and analysis of a series of received scheduled reports.
– Must have BPSS clearance
– Work closely with various external stakeholders
– React quickly to internal queries and those to support official correspondence.
– Use the internal databases and Microsoft Excel to analyse, investigate and interpret transactional data. Identify patterns, trends and anomalies and report to the Data & Analysis Officer.
– Support the Data & Analysis Officer with general reporting requests from internal and external colleagues as required
– Analyse, investigate and process intelligence received, utilising reporting functionality to assist in identifying fraudulent transactions and/or target any misuse of the schemes.
– Liaise with stakeholders when investigating card usage and/or misuse
