Facilities Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Dalkeith, is currently looking to recruit a facilities administrator on a rate of £13.52/hour (PAYE). The work will start ASAP and the working hours are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm – 35 hours per week. All work is based on site.
The successful candidate will be required to provide high quality customer service and administrative support to enable the delivery of facilities services. In order to do this you must be able to demonstrate experience in the following specific duties:

- Providing Facilities support to ensure activities are carried out accurately and according to plan and ensure compliance with documented processes
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail, this will include the use of an automated mail insertion machine
- Collate and dispatch documents and publications to customers with 100% accuracy
- Creating and maintaining records, standard reports and spreadsheets to ensure information is up-to-date, easy to access and accurate
Additionally you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Operating Microsoft Office packages at the appropriate level for this role
- Operating specialist IT systems relevant to this role
