General Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Stirling, is currently looking to recruit a General Administrator for an initial 6 month contract on a rate of £15.16/hour PAYE – working 35 hours per week. This role will be based in Stirling.
Responsibilities:
– Undertake a wide range of specific and general administrative tasks.
– Co-ordinate, attend and take minutes for meetings including but not limited to Integrated Case Management (ICM), Risk Management Team (RMT) and Rostering, ensuring that minutes are accurate and action points are recorded.
– Required to handle confidential information and follow correct administrative protocols and procedures.
– Carry out appropriate level of record keeping and filing to ensure secure storage and maintenance of data.
– You may also be required to carry out picking and tilling in the shopping facility on an ad-hoc basis.
Essential Skills:
– A minimum of five National 5 (or equivalent) qualifications, including English and Mathematics or relevant experience gained in a similar role and/or environment.
– Competent in MS Office Packages including Excel, Word, Outlook etc
– Ability to prioritise workload and ability to work individually and as part of a team
