HR Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a HR Recruitment Contract Administrator for an initial 3 month contract with option to extend on a rate of £13.81/hour PAYE – working 8.30am and 5pm per week. This role will be based in Edinburgh – some home working may be considered.
Candidates must have an Enhanced Disclosure Scotland certificate dated within last 3 months or be willing to apply for one.
Responsibilities:
– Processing mailbox queries
– Supporting the progression of candidate onboarding checks
– Contract writing and maintaining database with new entrant data
– Applying a ‘customer focussed’ approach to engaging with potential candidates and board members
Essential Skills:
– Excellent customer service and communication
– A sound knowledge of MS Excel and other MS products
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to plan and communicate regarding workloads
– An interest in learning and gaining experience in an HR Recruitment team
Desirable Skills:
– Experience working in HR and/or writing contracts
