HR Assistant (Recruitment)
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Dundee, is currently looking to recruit a HR Assistant (Recruitment) for an initial 3 month contract with option to extend on a rate of £152.06 – £158.27/day (Inside IR35). This role will be hybrid working with 2 days per week in the Dundee office.
Responsibilities:
– Run direct recruitment campaigns from end to end (i.e. from authorisation/advert through to pre-employment checks/issuing contracts.
Essential Skills:
– Experienced in recruitment environment.
– Competent in running direct recruitment campaigns from end to end (i.e. from authorisation/advert through to pre-employment checks/issuing contracts.
– Knowledge of leading briefings/wash-ups.
– Ability to facilitate assessments.
– IT literate – use of Microsoft Office effectively, particularly Office 365.
– Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to work co-operatively and supportively with others
– Keeps others informed of progress of work plan, targets, etc.
– Aware of recruitment trends and keeps own recruitment knowledge and skills up to date
Desirable Skills:
– Job analysis and assessment design.
– Focus on process improvement.
