HR Business Partner
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Shotts, is currently looking to recruit a HR Business Partner for a 3 month contract on a rate of £32.73/hour (PAYE).
Responsibilities:
– Lead and develop an effective HR team ensuring the delivery of HR services are aligned to business objectives, managing budgets in line with budget authority and policy.
– Manage the workforce planning requirements for your business area and ensure that all recruitment practices are carried out in the line with Recruitment Principles and legislative standards supporting HR teams and hiring managers in relation to the implementation of Eploy (recruitment system). In addition, support national recruitment activities as required.
– As an integral member of the establishment management teams, provide professional HR advice to senior managers on people management matters, including complex case management, with a particular focus on the Maximising Attendance Strategy working in partnership with local trade union representatives.
Essential Skills:
– Appropriate range of experience at a senior HR level.
– Experience of leading, directing and empowering people and teams.
Desirable Skills:
– Chartered Member of CIPD
– Experience of leading HR Teams through journeys of change / digital transformation.
