Onboarding Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Dundee, is currently looking to recruit an onboarding administrator for a 3-month contracts on a rate of £13.07/hour PAYE. This role will be a hybrid of working at home and in the office.
Candidates should have a basic disclosure Scotland in place dated within the last 3 months or be willing to apply.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to all onboarding and offboarding activity (checking equipment surveys, answering email queries, new joiner support via Teams/Storm calls etc.)
– Provide administrative support to business areas, reviewing information and escalating to Team Manager if required.
– Work within a fast-paced team to complete tasks with attention to detail to provide the best service possible.
– Maintain, correct and update information, following data protection guidance and handle sensitive and personal information in line with confidentiality rules.
– Support Team Manager and other team members in carrying out daily work activities and when new projects arise.
Essential Skills:
– Experience of Microsoft Office; in particular Excel and Outlook.
