Plumber
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Macmerry, is currently looking to recruit a Plumber for a 3 month contract with possibility of extension on a rate of £17.40/hour (PAYE).
Responsibilities:
– Carrying out plumbing work for our planned upgrades and also carrying out general responsive repairs.
– Working alongside other trades, with jobs taking place in both tenanted and empty properties.
Essential Skills:
– Driving Licence
– Served modern apprenticeship/SVQ Level 3 or previous equivalent and passed skills test. Relevant trade qualification
– Relevant trade experience in domestic and commercial market
– Understanding of effective customer care.
– Effective verbal and written communication skills.
– Effective organisational and time management skills.
– Ability to use own initiative.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
– Ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
– CSCS card
