Project Coordinator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Project Coordinator for an initial 12 month contract on a rate of £20.22/hour PAYE. This role will be hybrid working with occasional travel to Glasgow.
Responsibilities:
– Support the Delivery Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
– Maintain project documentation, action logs, and risk registers.
– Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
– Take notes, minutes, actions and decisions
– Ensure timely follow-up on actions and decisions.
– Assist with reporting, governance updates, and progress tracking.
– Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and digital delivery partner.
– Help manage project tools and platforms
– Provide support with finance functions, including invoices and purchase orders
Essential Skills:
– Experience in project coordination or support roles within digital or public sector environments.
– Strong organisational and time management skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
– Familiarity with project management tools (Miro, teams, O365)

– Agile Delivery
