project coordinator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Dorset, is currently looking to recruit 2 x Project Coordinator for 4-6 month contracts on rates of £19.78 – £23.82/hour (PAYE).
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate project work associated with reviewing compliant rota templates for colleague to establish levels of resilience across all rotas
– Assess the compliant rota templates against pre-determined criteria, to develop a RAG rating, and utilise and coordinate intelligence.
– Where there are needs identified as part of the RAG rating
– Link with Groups to support conversations around exploration of options e.g. revision of shift timings, rota participants etc, to ensure best supporting the service, Wellbeing and training of our Workforce
Essential Skills:
– Requires working knowledge of rota templates and how they should be built
– Confidence to check and challenge
– Roster roll out support
