Project Support Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Inverness, is currently looking to recruit a Project Support Administrator for a contract until 31st March 2026 on an hourly rate of £17.30 PAYE. This role will be hybrid based.
Responsibilities:
– Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and correspondence in line with requirements.
– Support the scheduling of meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagements. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions.
– Assist in compiling progress reports, financial summaries, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
– Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and community representatives to support project delivery and communication.
– Help in the preparation of procurement documentation, claims, and monitor project budgets and expenditure.
– Ensure project activities adhere to relevant policies, funding conditions, and statutory requirements.
Essential Skills:
– Educated to HNC/HND level or equivalent work experience
– Experience in project support or administration
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Strong IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desirable Skills:
– Knowledge of transport infrastructure or public sector projects.
– Familiarity with funding processes.
– Experience working with similar work environments.
