Project Support Officer
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh/Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit 3x Project Support Officers for initial 6 month contracts on rates of £160/day (Inside IR35). This role will be hybrid based.
Responsibilities:
– Process SOC Expression of Interest (EoI) application reviews to expected standard to facilitate progress to SBA stage.
– Responsibility for populating and issuing the suite of correspondence associated with the SOC process.
– Maintain meticulous record management of all EoI applications and associated correspondence.
– Support team engagement and governance activities.
– Support the team in design and implementation of key deliverables.
– Provide ad hoc support to the wider Division and Directorate as required.
Essential Skills:
– Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work flexibly either as part of a team or on your own.
– Strong oral and written communications skills adaptable to a variety of channels and range of audiences.
– Ability to build effective working relationships, trust and credibility with staff at all levels.
