Recruitment Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Admin for a 2 month contract on a rate of £13.27/hour (PAYE).
Responsibilities:
– Core responsibilities to conduct on RTW check’s, manage and upload Documentation including doing online and in person checks. Support this in line with the requirements needed for the UKVI process.
– Support to audit and maintain Casual Worker Records ensuring full compliance to the casual onboarding process.
– Load Casual Worker Requests onto the system following end to end process including:
– Creating new or additional assignments; Check and update bank account details; Entering cost strings; NI number, address details etc
– Advise Hiring Manager and Casual when they can commence work
– Full record maintenance updated on ERP and SharePoint
– Reviewing input into ERP record creation by Recruitment Team as a 4 eye check for transactions
– Interacting with Casuals to issue and retrieve documentation
– Supporting CX Queue Management for general queries
Essential Skills:
– Understanding of UKVI processes.
– Understanding of GDPR processes.
– Competent in the use of relevant IT packages.
– Demonstrable professional and proactive approach.
– Demonstrable ability to work quickly, flexibly and accurately in a dynamic, changing and pressured environment.
