Refresh Scheduler
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit x 2 Refresh Schedulers for initial 12 month contracts on a rate of £17.54/hour PAYE – working 35 hours per week Monday-Friday. These roles will be based in onsite in Glasgow.
Responsibilities:
– Manage high‑volume user appointment scheduling across all sites.
– Maintain an accurate, deployment‑ready schedule that aligns with daily throughput targets.
– Coordinate logistics sequencing across multiple suppliers to ensure smooth onsite activity.
– Validate user, device, location and asset data to ensure accuracy prior to deployment.
– Identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies or risks that could impact delivery.
– Liaise with Service Champions, site contacts and managers to confirm readiness and resolve blockers.
– Track daily progress against deployment plans and escalate issues proactively.
– Manage booking failures, no‑shows and rescheduling requirements.
– Support daily operational reporting, dashboards and throughput monitoring.
– Provide clear, consistent communication to users, service areas and site leads.
– Ensure all parties understand their responsibilities, timelines and preparation requirements.
– Build strong working relationships across departments and supplier teams.
Essential Skills:
– Proven experience in scheduling, logistics coordination or high‑volume operational environments.
– Strong attention to detail with confidence working across large datasets.
– Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving, deadline‑driven programme.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with operational teams.
– Competent user of Excel, planning tools and data‑driven workflows.
Desirable Skills:
– Experience supporting deployment programmes, field‑based operations or technology rollouts.
– Familiarity with asset management, service delivery or large‑scale transformation programmes.
