Registered Building Inspector
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Walsall, is currently looking to recruit a Class 3 Registered Building Inspector – working part-time – on a flexible contract (Project Length Depending) on a rate of £40/hour via Umbrella. This role will be based in Walsall and the surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough inspections of high-rise residential buildings to ensure compliance with regulations.
– Review and assess documentation related to building codes and standards.
– Issue completion certificates upon successful inspection.
– Maintain clear and accurate reports of each inspection.
– Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
– Valid Class 3 Building Inspector registration.
– Full driving license with the ability to travel to sites around Walsall and surrounding areas.
– Previous experience in inspecting high-rise residential properties is preferred.
