Registration Officer
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit Registration AO Officer x 15 for an initial 6 month contracts with the possibility of extensions on rates of £15.82 per hour.
Responsibilities:
– Checking to ensure that applications for registration have been correctly submitted, completed and meet statutory requirements.
– Processing the applications through the electronic finance system/case management system.
– Examining the documents to determine the extent of being registered.
– Mapping the extent onto our electronic registration systems to create a cadastral unit.
– Creating a description on the registration system.
– Examining and acting on information.
– Preparing verbal and written referrals for colleagues.
– Sending any incorrect applications back to the customer.
– Entering/verifying relevant information on the electronic registration system.
– Investigating and answering enquiries from internal and external customers, ensuring that organisation’s procedures are followed.
