Talent Acquisition Administrator
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Stirling, is currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Administrator for an initial 6 month contract on a rate of £14.81/hour PAYE. This role will be flexible working, when required to be onsite in Stirling.
Responsibilities:
– Administrative support to TA Partner and Manager, internal hiring managers and external candidates throughout hiring, pre-employment and onboarding processes.
– Monitoring and responding to enquiries via internal mailbox, as well as accurate reporting on key metrics and data relating to ongoing recruitment.
Essential Skills:
– Data input and Word processing
– Stakeholder management – internal and external
– Knowledge of MS Office packages
– Strong written and verbal communication
Desirable Skills:
– Presentation (production) skills
– FOI/Data Protection knowledge
