Visitor Services Team Lead
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Visitor Services Team Leader for as soon as possible until the 4th of July 2026 on a rate of £20.57/hour PAYE – working part-time, 18.3 hours per week. This role will be based onsite in Edinburgh.
Responsibilities:
– To support the Visitor Services Team.
Essential Skills:
– Experience of supervising or managing staff in a public facing environment
– Experience of day-to-day management of a variety of processes and services
– Experience of devising, reviewing and implementing staff rosters
– Team leading, staff motivation skills
– Organisation/problem solving skills
– IT skills
– Customer service skills
