Website Admin Support
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a part-time Website Admin Support for an initial 1 to 2 month contract on a rate of £12.93 to £15.75/day PAYE. This role is 3 days a week, either hybrid, remote or onsite. The working hours are either 8am to 4pm or 10am to 6pm.  
 
Responsibilities: 
 
– Assisting with a number of entry level tasks 
– Monitoring a shared email inbox and directing messages as required  
– Making basic website edits and updates  
– Supporting with ad hoc team admin 
– Managing shared mailbox  
– Updating tickets as per stakeholders’ request  
– Escalating other tickets to senior team 
 
Essential Skills: 
 
– Experience of using a website CMS  
– Experience of using the Microsoft Office suite  
– Very good writing and communication skills  
– Good organisational skills and attention to detail
